About Me

I am a professional ballerina, ballet educator, and Ballet Conditioning & Pilates-Based Training instructor.

Drawing on the training principles of professional ballet, I help dancers and non-dancers develop strength, posture, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, confidence, and elegant movement.

My teaching combines the discipline and precision of classical ballet with an attentive, supportive, and individual approach. Classes are adapted to each student’s experience, physical abilities, and personal goals.
